This is the process to join KGWO as a new member, or to perform your annual renewal if you are an existing member.
Existing members please note: KGWO has streamlined our membership management to be an online service, so it is important that you follow the instructions below BEFORE attending your first rehearsal of the year.
Step 1: Apply to join the Orchestra
After attending your first rehearsal with the orchestra and speaking with our Musical Director Dale Hubbard, please complete the membership application form, and select the option for New Membership.
Step 2: Pay pro-rata fees once advised
As a new member you have four fee-free rehearsals to try out the orchestra. At the next management committee meeting all applications membership applications will be reviewed for acceptance. Once your application has been approved we will let you know. Your fees will be pro-rata for the term based on your starting week in the term, minus your four week trial period. Our treasurer will catch up with you to explain more.
Everyone is required to complete the membership renewal before
attending your first rehearsal in Term 1 every year.
This information is used by our librarian for preparing your music throughout the year.
Note: You must renew your membership details before you can access your self-print music packs.
Step 1: Renew Membership details online
Before attending your first rehearsal for the year, please complete the membership application/renewal form to refresh your membership details. This ensures we have the most up to date details, including your email address for notifications!

Please Direct Deposit fees into the KGWO bank account and please indicate your name, year and term (eg: "Smith 2024 Term1") when you renew your membership. We prefer not to handle cash if possible, thanks.
